HAVE UPGRADED THE WATCH TO A WARNING AS VERY DRY AND WINDY
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO WEDNESDAY.
THE WARNING MAY NEED TO BE EXTENDED FURTHER EAST AND SOUTH THOUGH
WINDS WILL BE MARGINAL. THERE WILL BE POOR HUMIDITY RECOVERY BUT
LIGHTER WINDS WILL BRING SOME IMPROVEMENT WEDNESDAY NIGHT. A WEAK
COLD FRONT THURSDAY WILL BRING A NORTHEASTERLY WIND SHIFT AND
