.DISCUSSION...

CRITICAL CONDITIONS ONGOING IN THE GUADALUPES AND SE NM PLAINS WILL
PERSIST UNTIL THIS EVENING WHEN WIND SPEEDS DECREASE.  RECOVERY WILL
BE POOR, FOLLOWED BY MORE CRITICAL CONDITIONS FROM THURSDAY MORNING
UNTIL THURSDAY EVENING.  IN ADDITION, PORTIONS OF THE NORTHWEST
PERMIAN BASIN, VAN HORN AREA, MARFA PLATEAU AND DAVIS MOUNTAINS
COULD BE ADDED TO THE FIRE WEATHER WATCH THURSDAY SINCE 20 FOOT WIND
SPEEDS COULD BE ABOVE 20 MPH SUSTAINED FOR SEVERAL HOURS.  AFTER
POOR RECOVERY OVER ALL BUT THE PERMIAN BASIN AND LOWER TRANS PECOS
