WEST COAST TROUGH PUSHES AGAINST IT.  THIS WILL RESULT IN NEAR
NORMAL TEMPERATURES WITH AFTERNOON STORMS OVER THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS
MOST DAYS.  SOUTHERLY SURFACE WIND WILL KEEP LOW LEVEL MOISTURE ELEVATED
