WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO DECREASE THROUGH TONIGHT. RECOVERY WILL BE
FAIR TO GOOD, AND DESPITE WELL ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES ON MONDAY,
MOST OF THE AREA WILL SEE RH/S ABOVE 20 PERCENT. LOCATIONS SOUTH OF
THE PECOS RIVER COULD SEE RH/S IN THE 15 TO 20 PERCENT RANGE MONDAY
AFTERNOON, HOWEVER 20FT WINDS THERE WILL BE 15 MPH OR LESS, WITH
STRONGER WINDS CONFINED TO THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS. IT WILL BE WINDY
AGAIN TUESDAY, THOUGH LOWEST RHS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE RIO GRANDE
VALLEY WHERE WINDS WILL BE LIGHTER, THUS CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
