IN ELEVATED FIRE CONCERNS THIS AFTERNOON FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
NEW MEXICO AND WEST TEXAS. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE THIS EVENING AS
WINDS SUBSIDE. OVERNIGHT RECOVERY WILL BE FAIR TO GOOD. ELEVATED
FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS ONCE AGAIN MONDAY FOR PORTIONS OF THE GUADALUPE
MOUNTAINS WHERE MIN RH/S DROP NEAR 15 PERCENT AND WINDS APPROACH
20 MPH FOR A COUPLE HOURS. BEYOND MONDAY...FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS
