TEMPERATURES WILL BE BELOW NORMAL ON MONDAY BUT WILL WARM UP TO
ABOVE NORMAL BEGINNING ON TUESDAY AND LAST THROUGH THE END OF THE
WEEK. RH VALUES ON MONDAY WILL MOSTLY BE ABOVE 20 PERCENT BEHIND A
COLD FRONT BUT ARE EXPECTED TO DECREASE TO 15 PERCENT OR BELOW ON
TUESDAY FOR LOCATIONS ALONG AND WEST OF THE UPPER TRANS PECOS. 20
FOOT WINDS WILL BE NEAR 20 MPH IN THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS ON
TUESDAY SO CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER WILL BE POSSIBLE. THE LOW RH
VALUES WILL SPREAD EASTWARD INTO THE PERMIAN BASIN ON WEDNESDAY
