VERY WINDY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING MAINLY FOR
LOCATIONS FROM THE PECOS RIVER SOUTH TO THE RIO GRANDE. A DRYING TREND
WILL BEGIN TODAY...WITH MIN RH/S AROUND 15 PERCENT POSSIBLE FOR PORTIONS
OF THE STOCKTON PLATEAU AND BIG BEND AREAS. HOWEVER...WINDS ARE EXPECTED
TO BE DECREASING AS RH/S DROP TO NEAR CRITICAL LEVELS. THE DRYING TREND
CONTINUES MONDAY WITH MIN RH/S DROPPING TO NEAR 15 TO 20 PERCENT AS
TEMPS WARM WELL ABOVE NORMAL. RECOVERY TONIGHT WILL GENERALLY BE GOOD
MOST AREAS. OTHERWISE...NO GOOD CHANCE FOR RAIN THE NEXT 7 DAYS.
