NEW MEXICO OVERNIGHT...BRINGING AN ABRUPT WINDSHIFT TO THE NORTHEAST
AND A WINTRY MIX OF PRECIPITATION TO MUCH OF THE REGION.
TEMPERATURES WILL NOT RECOVER TO NORMAL UNTIL AT LEAST SATURDAY.
RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL BOTTOM OUT AT 20-45 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON...
AND 50-70 PERCENT THURSDAY.  RH RECOVERY OVERNIGHT WILL BE MODERATE
