REMAIN BELOW NORMAL AND MINIMUM AFTERNOON RH/S STAY ABOVE 15
PERCENT.  THEREFORE, FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS WILL BE LOW THE NEXT
SEVERAL DAYS.  LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE, ESPECIALLY
FROM THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS AND SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO PLAINS, SOUTH
THROUGH THE VAN HORN AREA, MARFA PLATEAU AND DAVIS MOUNTAINS, AND
