FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR WEST TEXAS/SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MIDLAND/ODESSA TX
240 PM CDT FRI JUL 3 2015

.DISCUSSION...

A moist and unstable pattern will continue over southeastern New Mexico
through the weekend, while rain chances will increase significantly early
into next week. Gusty and erratic winds and lightning will occur in
and near any thunderstorm. Temperatures will be near normal with winds
generally southerly to southeasterly at speeds of under 15 mph. RH
recovery will be generally very good to excellent as the moist airmass
will remain entrenched over southeastern New Mexico and west Texas.
Expect to see a return to drier and warmer conditions mid-week and
beyond.
