AND FEWER STORMS EXPECTED.  MINIMUM RH AROUND 20 PERCENT OVER THE
WEEKEND MAY DROP INTO THE TEENS ACROSS SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND THE
UPPER TRANS PECOS BY MONDAY.  SOUTHERLY SURFACE FLOW WILL KEEP
