WEATHER FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK.  MOST LOCATIONS WILL SEE TRIPLE
DIGIT TEMPERATURES AND RH VALUES ABOVE 20 PERCENT...HOWEVER PARTS OF SOUTHEAST
NEW MEXICO AND UPPER TRANS PECOS WILL SEE DEWPOINTS DROP DOWN INTO THE UPPER
40S RESULTING IN MINIMUM RH VALUES OF 15 PERCENT.  20FT WINDS WILL BE
GENERALLY SOUTH AROUND 5-10 MPH.  THERE WILL BE A LOW CHANCE FOR ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS NEAR THE DAVIS MOUNTAINS TODAY.
