TODAY AS WINDY AND DRY CONDITIONS PREVAIL, ALTHOUGH RH/S WILL BEGIN
TO RISE OVER MOST OF THE AREA BY LATE AFTERNOON.  THERE MAY BE A FEW
DRY LIGHTING STRIKES THIS AFTERNOON OVER THE GUADALUPES AND SE NM,
ALONG WITH VERY GUSTY WINDS DUE TO VIRGA SHOWERS.  A COLD FRONT WILL
