HOT AND DRY CONDITIONS ARE FORECAST FOR FRIDAY, BUT CHANCES OF
THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE FRIDAY AFTERNOON OVER THE GUADALUPE
MOUNTAINS/LINCOLN NF EAST ACROSS THE SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO
PLAINS AND THE NORTHERN PERMIAN BASIN.  GUSTY AND ERRATIC WINDS
ALONG WITH LIGHTNING STRIKES AWAY FROM RAIN SHAFTS CAN BE EXPECTED
WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY.  DRIER CONDITIONS RETURN SUNDAY
WITH A DECREASE IN THUNDERSTORM CHANCES OVER THE MOUNTAINS.
AFTERNOON RH VALUES WILL BOTTOM OUT IN THE 15-30 PERCENT RANGE WITH
VERY GOOD RH RECOVERY AT NIGHT. WINDS WILL BE GENERALLY UNDER 15
