NEAR-CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ON THE SOUTHEAST
NEW MEXICO PLAINS TODAY.  A RANGELAND FIRE DANGER STATEMENT IS IN
EFFECT.  EVEN MORE WIDESPREAD CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED FRIDAY...AS AN UPPER-LEVEL STORM SYSTEM PASSES THROUGH THE
AREA.  HOWEVER...FUEL MOISTURES MAY REMAIN HIGH.  RELATIVE HUMIDITY
