A DRYLINE WILL MEANDER BACK AND FORTH ACROSS THE FORECAST AREA
THROUGH THIS WEEK, WITH AFTERNOON RH/S DROPPING TO 10 TO 15 PERCENT
OVER PORTIONS OF THE HIGHER TERRAIN AND UPPER TRANS PECOS MOST
DAYS.  SINCE THERE WILL ONLY BE ISOLATED LOCATIONS WITH 20 FOOT WIND
SPEEDS OF 20 MPH OR GREATER ANY AFTERNOON, AND RECENT RAINFALL HAS
ALLOWED FOR GREEN UP AND LOW ERC/S, CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
ARE NOT EXPECTED.  RAIN CHANCES WILL INCREASE OVER MOST OF THE AREA
