CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE STILL EXPECTED ACROSS THE
GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS AND SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON
AND EVENING, THEREFORE A RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR
THESE AREAS.  DESPITE CONTINUED DRY CONDITIONS, THURSDAY WILL BE A
RELATIVE DOWN DAY FOR FIRE WEATHER BEHIND A WEAK COLD FRONT.  NEAR
CRITICAL TO CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED IN THE
GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS, IF NOT SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO PLAINS, FRIDAY.
