A MOIST AND UNSTABLE PATTERN WILL CONTINUE OVER WEST TEXAS AND
SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO THROUGH THE WORK WEEK.  A DRYING AND WARMING
TREND WILL BEGIN THIS WEEKEND.  RH READINGS WILL REMAIN FAIRLY HIGH
WITH SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY ACROSS SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO.
ACROSS WEST TEXAS...MINIMUM RH READINGS OF 40-50 PERCENT WILL IMPROVE
TO NEAR 90 PERCENT AT NIGHT.  WINDS WILL REMAIN OUT OF THE EAST AT 5
