WARMING AND DRYING CONDITIONS ARE FORECAST FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.
THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HEAVIER RAINS LAST WEEK HAS
MOVED OFF...WITH UPPER LEVEL HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING IN OVER WEST TEXAS
AND SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO. A FEW ISOLATED STORMS ARE POSSIBLE OVER
THE NORTHERN PERMIAN BASIN OF WEST TEXAS AND THE SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICAN
PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON AND AGAIN MONDAY NIGHT. A "COLD" FRONT WILL PASS
ACROSS THE REGION ON THURSDAY...KNOCKING TEMPREATURES BACK DOWN TO
NORMAL.  AFTER BOTTOMING OUT IN THE 30-50 PERCENT RANGE BY MID
AFTERNOON...OVERNIGHT RH RECOVERY WILL RANGE FROM VERY GOOD OVER THE
