AND DRIER WEATHER IS EXPECTED FRIDAY WITH EAST AND SOUTHEAST WINDS MOSTLY
LESS THAN 15 MPH. EVEN THOUGH WARMER WEATHER IS EXPECTED TEMPERATURES
