GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS AND CULBERSON COUNTY THIS AFTERNOON.  THURSDAY...
AN UPPER-LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL PASS NORTH OF THE AREA...MIXING
BREEZY WESTERLY WINDS TO THE SURFACE ACROSS SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND
ADJACENT AREAS OF WEST TEXAS...AND COMBINING WITH LOW HUMIDITY AND
HIGH FIRE DANGER TO PRODUCE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
RELATIVE HUMIDITY RECOVERY OVERNIGHT AND THURSDAY NIGHT WILL BE POOR
