SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT. NEAR CRITICAL
FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY ACROSS THE
GUADALUPE/DELAWARE MOUNTAINS WHERE RH VALUES WILL BE NEAR 15
PERCENT AND 20 FOOT WINDS AROUND 20 MPH. LOW RH VALUES WILL BE
