CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED. 20 FOOT WINDS SHOULD SHIFT TO THE NORTH TO
NORTHEAST OVERNIGHT EARLY TUESDAY MORNING WITH MUCH COOL AIR
MOVING INTO SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND SOUTHWEST TEXAS. TEMPERATURES
