* AT 522 AM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED
  MINOR FLOODING FROM A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS FROM 9 MILES
  WEST OF BUCKEYE TO 6 MILES WEST OF EUNICE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT
  5 MPH. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING NEAR 1 INCH PER HOUR
  RAINFALL RATES. PORTIONS OF HIGHWAY 62/180 FROM 5 MILES EAST OF
  HALFWAY TO 20 MILES EAST OF HALFWAY LIKELY HAVE WATER OVER THE
  ROAD.

* THE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING MINOR FLOODING WILL AFFECT THE FOLLOWING
LOCATIONS...

  EUNICE AIRPORT...

NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND ARROYOS AND LOW LYING FARMLAND IS LIKELY.
DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. ACT QUICKLY IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
