  A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING MINOR FLOODING. THESE
  STORMS WERE LOCATED 9 MILES SOUTH OF COYANOSA...OR
  18 MILES NORTHWEST OF FORT STOCKTON...MOVING NORTH AT 20 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING MINOR FLOODING WILL AFFECT THE FOLLOWING
LOCATIONS...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOST FLOODING DEATHS ARE PREVENTABLE... AND MANY OCCUR WHEN MOTORISTS
DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS. IT IS NEVER SAFE TO DRIVE ON FLOODED
