THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. UP TO 7
INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN IN SOME PARTS OF THE WARNED AREA. FLASH
FLOODING IS EXPECTED.
