AT 606 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. UP TO 7
INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN IN SOME PARTS OF THE WARNED AREA. FLASH
FLOODING IS EXPECTED.

BIG SPRING...SNYDER...LAMESA...COLORADO CITY...STANTON...GAIL...
MESQUITE...BROWN...GRANDVIEW...CHINA GROVE...COAHOMA...VALLEY VIEW...
LORAINE...WESTBROOK...MIDWAY...LOS YBANEZ...FAIRVIEW IN MITCHELL
COUNTY...WINSTON FIELD...ELBOW AND PUNKIN CENTER.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 INCH ARE POSSIBLE IN
THE WARNED AREA.

AT 558 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. SEVERAL INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING WILL CONTINUE.

GARDENDALE...COTTON FLAT...MIDLAND AIRPARK...ODESSA SCHELEMEYER
FIELD...NORTH COWDEN...MIDLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT...MIDLAND
INTERNATIONAL...SPRABERRY...WARFIELD...GREENWOOD AND SKYWEST AIRPORT.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF AROUND 1 INCH ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
WARNED AREA.

THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL REPORTS OF WATER RESCUES AND CARS SUBMERGED
ACROSS THE AREA. PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! MODERATE
RAIN WILL CONTINUE OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS AND MAY CAUSE MORE
FLOODING.
