CENTRAL EDDY COUNTY...

AT 1134 AM MDT...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED FLOODING IN
CARLSBAD...WITH 6 TO 12 INCHES OF WATER FLOWING OVER SOME ROADS. AT
1140 AM MDT...THUNDERSTORMS WERE PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL OF NEAR
ONE INCH PER HOUR OVER CARLSBAD...WHITES CITY AND AVALON.
THEREFORE...ADDITIONAL FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED.
