THE PACIFIC COLD FRONT MOVING THROUGH ROLLING PLAINS IS BRINGING
GUSTY WESTERLY WINDS IN ITS WAKE. HOWEVER...COOLER TEMPERATURES
AND HUMIDITIES ABOVE 15 PERCENT WILL PRECLUDE ADDITIONAL CRITICAL
FIRE WEATHER THIS EVENING. THUS...THE RED FLAG WARNING HAS BEEN
