PERCENT RANGE. TEMPERATURES WILL WARM TO NEAR SEASONAL NORMALS
THURSDAY AND FRIDAY WHICH WILL CAUSE HUMIDITIES TO FALL INTO THE
15-25 PERCENT RANGE EACH AFTERNOON. HOWEVER...SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST
20-FOOT WIND SPEEDS WILL REMAIN BELOW CRITICAL THRESHOLDS...WITH
THE EXCEPTION OF FRIDAY LATE AFTERNOON/EARLY EVENING...WHEN A
BREEZY COLD FRONT IMPINGES ON THE REGION. THIS FRONT WILL
THEREFORE VEER WINDS TO THE NORTHWEST AT 15-20 MPH DURING THE
AFOREMENTIONED TIME...BUT FUELS ENCOMPASSING NORMAL MOISTURE WILL
