COLD FRONT MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THIS WILL LEAD TO
CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ACROSS THE RIO GRANDE PLAINS AND
WESTERN EDWARDS PLATEAU. 20-FOOT WINDS WILL PICK UP DURING THE
