SURFACE AND 20-FOOT WINDS ARE GUSTING TO NEAR 30 MPH ACROSS THE
HILL COUNTRY, SOUTHERN EDWARDS PLATEAU, AND THE RIO GRANDE PLAINS
THIS AFTERNOON IN COMBINATION WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES IN THE
20 TO 30 PERCENT RANGE. LOCALLY CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
HAVE OCCURRED IN THE RIO GRANDE PLAINS AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON.
THIS IS LIKELY TO OCCUR AGAIN SUNDAY MORNING AND AFTERNOON. WINDS
WILL DECREASE SLIGHTLY THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS BUT THEN INCREASE
ONCE AGAIN OVERNIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON. WIND SPEEDS
OVERNIGHT AND SUNDAY AFTERNOON WILL BE SUSTAINED AT 20 TO 30 MPH
WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH AT TIMES. ANY FIRES THAT DO OCCUR WILL GROW
