GUSTS TO 35 MPH. THIS WILL OCCUR IN AN ENVIRONMENT SUPPORTING
MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES OF 15 PERCENT OR LOWER...LOW FUEL
MOISTURE AND HIGH TO VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER. CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
