FRIDAY EVENING...

.AN UPPER LEVEL LOW SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS THE CENTRAL ROCKIES.
THIS SYSTEM WILL STRENGTHEN SURFACE WINDS BETWEEN 25 TO 35 MPH
ACROSS THE REGION. ALSO RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL DROP TO BELOW 15
PERCENT ACROSS MOST LOCATIONS OF THE BORDERLAND WITH THE EXCEPTION
OF THE VERY HIGHEST ELEVATIONS IN THE SACRAMENTO MOUNTAINS.
