THE MIDDLE RIO GRANDE VALLEY DUE TO STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY...

.AN APPROACHING UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL STEER THE
JET STREAM OVER NEW MEXICO WEDNESDAY WITH STRONG SURFACE WINDS
AND LOW HUMIDITY ACROSS CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST AREAS. TEMPERATURES
WILL ALSO CLIMB UP TO 6 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL WITH AN UNSTABLE
HAINES INDEX IN THE 5 TO 6 RANGE. FURTHER...THERE COULD BE SOME
