...FIRE WEATHER WATCH SATURDAY FOR THE EASTERN PLAINS DUE TO
STRONG WIND...LOW HUMIDITY AND AN UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE...

.THE UPPER LEVEL RIDGE CURRENTLY FOUND OVER THE AREA WILL BREAK
DOWN TODAY AND SATURDAY. CONSEQUENTLY STRONG WIND...LOW HUMIDITY
AND AN UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE ARE FORECAST FOR A PORTION OF THE
REGION. FUEL CONDITIONS ARE MIXED DUE TO RECENT MOISTURE AND
