AS A COMPACT BUT INTENSE WEATHER SYSTEM MOVES FROM THE FOUR
CORNERS TO THE HEART OF TEXAS WILL COMBINE WITH CONTINUED LOW
HUMIDITIES AND AN UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE TO PRODUCE RED FLAG
