  GALLINAS MOUNTAINS BELOW SIGNIFICANT SNOW PACK. WINDS WILL
  STRENGTHEN EARLY MONDAY AFTERNOON AND HUMIDITY WILL PLUMMET INTO
  THE LATE AFTERNOON. THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED FROM LAS
  VEGAS TO CORONA.
