  AFTERNOON TO EARLY EVENING.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...SOUTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS BETWEEN 35 TO 45
  MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...MINIMUM VALUES BETWEEN 5 TO 10 PERCENT
