THE SANDIA...MANZANO AND GALLINAS MOUNTAINS AS WELL AS THE EAST
CENTRAL PLAINS DUE TO STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...

.A PROLONGED PERIOD OF ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES...VERY LOW
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES AND UNSTABLE CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST THROUGH
EARLY THURSDAY EVENING. THE GREATEST THREAT AREA WILL FOCUS FROM
NEAR CLINES CORNERS TO THE QUAY COUNTY LINE. SEVERAL HOURS OF
SINGLE DIGIT RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES ARE EXPECTED AFTER POOR
HUMIDITY RECOVERIES TONIGHT.
