.CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL RETURN ACROSS EASTERN NEW
MEXICO ON WEDNESDAY AND ACROSS ALL AREAS BELOW SIGNIFICANT SNOW
PACK ON THURSDAY. MID LEVEL WINDS AND MIXING HEIGHTS INCREASES
THROUGH THIS PERIOD AS A SURFACE LOW DEEPENS OVER SOUTHEAST
COLORADO AND NORTHEAST NEW MEXICO. DRY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST
WITH POOR TO FAIR OVERNIGHT HUMIDITY RECOVERIES WEDNESDAY AND
THURSDAY MORNING. THIS WILL ALLOW HUMIDITIES TO QUICKLY DROP
DURING THE DAY AS TEMPERATURES RISE WELL ABOVE NORMAL. SEVERAL
