GUSTY NORTHERLY WINDS THROUGH THE DAY ON TUESDAY. SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE
ACROSS THE AREA TUESDAY...WITH THE GREATEST LIKELIHOOD OF PRECIPITATION
OVER THE SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO PLAINS AND NORTHERN PERMIAN BASIN. A MIX
OF RAIN AND SNOW OVER SE NEW MEXICO AND FAR NW PERMIAN BASIN IS POSSIBLE
TUESDAY MORNING...WITH NO ACCUMULATION EXPECTED. TEMPERATURES TUESDAY
WILL BE WELL BELOW NORMAL BEHIND THE FRONT AND WILL MODERATE TO SLIGHTLY
