Mr. Ray Fagen , Meteorologist in Charge of the National Weather Service, Midland/Odessa presents a Thirty Fifty Year Service Award to Mr. John Moffatt of Seminole, Texas. The awards presentation took place at the Seminole Sentinel newspaper office on October 6, 1998.
