Susan Griffin (HMT) presents a Fifty Year Service Award to Mr. and Mrs. Springer of Lenorah, Texas. This event marked the first time a Fifty Year Service Award has been presented to an individual observer in the NWS Midland/Odessa County Warning Area. We hope there are more to follow.
