THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR A LARGE PART OF ARKANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A STORM SYSTEM OVER THE CENTRAL ROCKIES AT THIS TIME WILL CONTINUE 
TO MOVE EAST THIS AFTERNOON. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED 
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED EARLY THIS AFTERNOON IN THE WEST AND 
SOUTH WITH THE PRECIPITATION BECOMING MORE WIDESPREAD LATE THIS 
AFTERNOON AND CONTINUING INTO THE EVENING. RAIN CHANCES WILL 
DIMINISH FOR OVERNIGHT. WHILE A STRONG STORM CAN NOT BE COMPLETELY 
RULED OUT...WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED.

PATCHY FOG...DENSE AT TIMES...IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP TONIGHT AND 
CONTINUE INTO MID MORNING. SOME AREAS WILL HAVE VISIBILITIES REDUCED 
TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS. 

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

PATCHY FOG IS EXPECTED IN THE MORNING. RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 
EARLY SUNDAY MORNING AS THE STORM SYSTEM MOVES INTO THE CENTRAL 
PLAINS. THE ASSOCIATED UPPER TROUGH WITH THIS STORM SYSTEM WILL 
SWING THROUGH THE STATE SUNDAY EVENING WITH THUNDERSTORM CHANCES 
RETURNING IN THE AFTERNOON. SOME STORMS COULD BE STRONG TO SEVERE 
SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING WITH DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL THE 
PRIMARY CONCERNS. THE AREAS WITH THE BEST CHANCES OF SEEING SEVERE 
WEATHER WILL BE IN THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF THE STATE.

SEVERAL ADDITIONAL BUT WEAK WAVES OF LOW PRESSURE ARE EXPECTED TO 
MOVE THROUGH THE REGION DURING THE REMAINDER OF THE PERIOD. ONLY 
SCATTERED PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED WITH THE BEST CHANCES DURING THE 
LATE AFTERNOON THROUGH MID EVENING HOURS. SEVERE WEATHER CHANCES 
APPEAR MINIMAL.
