.DISCUSSION... A WARM DAY FOR MOST WITH THE FRONT DRAPED ALONG
THE RED OF TX/OK AND ON ACROSS S AR. THE OVERNIGHT WILL BE WARM
AREA WIDE WITH SOME MORE LOW CLOUDS AND FOG. A STRONG COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE OUR WAY DURING THE MID TO LATE MORNING HOURS ON
WEDNESDAY AND SWEEP ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA DURING THE AFTERNOON
AND EARLY EVENING. AS THE COLD AIR DEEPENS RAIN SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE ENDING WITH RAIN STILL IN THE
AREA...TRANSITIONING TO FREEZING RAIN AND SOME SLEET BEFORE
ENDING EARLY ON THURSDAY. WATCHES HAVE BEEN ISSUED FOR COUNTIES
AND PARISHES TO BE AFFECTED AND ADDITIONAL ADVISORIES MAY BE
ISSUED OVERNIGHT TONIGHT FOR TRACE AMOUNTS. OVERALL ACCUMULATIONS
WILL BE GREATER NORTH OF I-20 AND ESPECIALLY NORTH OF I-30. THE
COLD PATTERN THAT FOLLOWS WILL BE MOSTLY DRY AS WE SLOWLY WARM UP
INTO THE WEEKEND. HOWEVER...A FEW SHOWERS MAY AFFECT SOUTHERN
AREAS OVER THE WEEKEND...BUT RAINFALL AMOUNTS LOOK TO LIGHT.
