LATE TUESDAY NIGHT IF NOT THE FIRST HALF OF WEDNESDAY. BREEZY
CONDITIONS WILL BE PRESENT STATEWIDE TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY
MORNING...BUT WILL SLACKEN A BIT ON MONDAY. AFTERNOON RH VALUES
WILL DROP INTO THE 35-40 PERCENT RANGE ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY
AFTERNOONS BUT WITH RECENT RAINFALL AND LACK OF STRONG
WINDS...FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS SHOULD BE RATHER LOW. THE NEXT
CHANCE OF PRECIPITATION WILL BE ON WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY
NIGHT...WITH A CHANCE FOR SOME SNOW ACROSS THE NORTHERN HALF OF
THE STATE LATE WED NIGHT INTO THURSDAY. MORE DRY...ARCTIC AIR
WILL MOVE IN BEHIND THE FRONT ON THURSDAY...BUT IT WILL BE SHORT
LIVED AS SOUTHERLY FLOW AND INCREASING MOISTURE LEVELS RETURN TO
THE STATE BY NEXT WEEKEND.
