TO MOVE THROUGH THE REGION THIS MORNING. SEVERAL INCHES OF RAIN
HAVE FALLEN ACROSS MANY AREAS OF EAST TEXAS...EXTREME SOUTHEAST
OKLAHOMA...AND SOUTWEST ARKANSAS. THE RAIN SHOULD COULD TO AN END
LATER ON TODAY...AND DRY CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED ON SUNDAY
ALONG WITH NORTHERLY WINDS BETWEEN 5-10 MPH AND RH VALUES IN THE
40S. THIS DRY PERIOD WILL BE BRIEF...AS RAIN IS EXPECTED TO
RETURN TO THE FIRE DISTRICTS ON MONDAY. /20/
