TEMPERATURES MODERATING BY THURSDAY. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY
VALUES WILL AVERAGE BETWEEN 25 TO 30 PERCENT BY WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON. CHANCES FOR PRECIPITATION WILL RETURN FOR THURSDAY
