TODAY AND TOMORROW. RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE LIKELY ALONG
AND AHEAD OF THE FRONT. HEAVY RAINFALL IS LIKELY...ESPECIALLY
ALONG AND WEST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER.  SOME STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON...MAINLY ACROSS NORTH
MISSISSIPPI.  CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE TOMORROW. MOST OF THE
MIDSOUTH WILL RECEIVE OVER AN INCH OF RAIN TODAY THROUGH TONIGHT.
