.DISCUSSION... A WEEK COLD FRONT APPROACHING THE REGION WILL
BRING GRADUALLY LOWER DEWPOINTS ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH FRIDAY.
 PRECIPITATION CHANCES WILL BE LOW TO NEAR ZERO THROUGH FRIDAY AS
WELL.  LOCALIZED FOG WILL BE POSSIBLE IN VALLEYS TONIGHT..BUT
ANYTHING THAT DEVELOPS WILL QUICKLY DISSIPATE ON THURSDAY
MORNING.  EXPECT WINDS TO INCREASE EACH AFTERNOON TO ABOVE TEN
KNOTS WITH GUSTS AROUND FIFTEEN KNOTS...THEN DIMINISHING
OVERNIGHT.  TEMPERATURES WILL BE SLIGHTLY COOLER REGIONWIDE
THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK.
