.DISCUSSION... SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTAINING VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL PRODUCED FLOODING RAINS ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST
ARKANSAS TODAY. THESE HEAVY RAINS HAVE SHIFTED INTO PORTIONS OF
NORTHERN LOUISIANA...ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 20...AS WELL
AS THE EXTREME NORTHEAST CORNER OF TEXAS...WHERE ONE TO OVER
THREE INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE. THIS RAIN SHOULD GRADUALLY
DIMINISH THIS EVENING...BUT ANOTHER ROUND OF HEAVY RAIN IS
POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY ACROSS MAINLY EASTERN PORIONS
OF NORTHERN LOUISIANA AND SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS. SOME CLOUD COVER
DURING THE DAY SUNDAY WILL LIKELY KEEP AFTERNOON RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES BETWEEN 55 TO 65 PERCENT. BY MONDAY...THE UPPER LEVEL
RIDGE WILL BECOME PARKED OVER THE AREA...WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITIES
FALL TO BETWEEN 45 AND 55 PERCENT...AS TEMPERATURES RISE INTO THE
LOWER TO MID 90S...AND CLOUDS REMAIN LIMITED WITH LITTLE CHANCES
OF RAIN. FOR THE MOST PART...WINDS WILL BE SOUTHERLY AT AROUND 5
TO 10 MPH FOR MUCH OF THIS WEEK.
