.DISCUSSION... EARLY THIS MORNING A NEARLY STATIONARY FRONTAL
SYSTEM LAY WEST TO EAST ACROSS PARTS OF EAST AND NORTHEAST TEXAS
AND LOUISIANA... NEAR A JACKSONVILLE TO CENTER TEXAS AND PLEASANT
HILL...WINNFIELD... AND GEORGETOWN LOUISIANA LINE. DEW POINTS
POINTS WERE IN THE UPPER TWENTIES OVER SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND
PARTS OF SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS AND IN THE UPPER FORTIES AND LOWER
FIFTIES ACROSS DEEP EAST TEXAS ACROSS LOWER PARTS OF NORTHWEST
AND NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA. DURING THE DAY TODAY THE BOUNDARY
WILL MOVE SLOWLY SOUTH...AS ADDITIONAL RE-ENFORCING AIR ARRIVES
WITH ANOTHER SURGE OF A COLD FRONT. THIS WILL SEND THE CURRENT
BOUNDARY TO THE INTERSTATE 10 CORRIDOR BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
EARLY EVENING. A LARGE SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BUILD
SOUTH ACROSS THE EASTERN HALF OF THE COUNTY WITH ITS CENTER
MOVING INTO THE UPPER MID WEST AND RIDGE REACHING ACROSS THE FOUR
STATE REGION AND INTO THE COASTAL SECTIONS OF THE GULF OVERNIGHT.
THE LARGE HIGH WILL SHIFT EAST WITH THE NORTHERLY WINDS BECOMING
EAST AND SOUTHEAST ON SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT...FOLLOWED BY
SOUTHERLY WINDS ON SUNDAY. THESE SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL ALLOW FOR A
WARM UP IN TEMPERATURES ALONG WITH RISING DEW POINTS AND HUMIDITY
LEVELS...AND ALSO PROVIDE RETURNING RAIN CHANCES FOR SUNDAY. RAIN
AND THUNDERSTORMS BECOME LIKELY SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY.
