.DISCUSSION... A WEATHER SYSTEM AND COLD FRONT FRONT WILL MOVE
THROUGH THE REGION TONIGHT AND MONDAY, AND BRING SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS TO ARKANSAS. MOST OF THE RAIN WILL PUSH OUT OF THE
STATE LATER MONDAY. OVERALL RAIN AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN
WELL BELOW AN INCH. BEHIND THE FRONT DRIER AND MUCH COOLER AIR
WILL FILTER INTO ARKANSAS, AS WELL AS A WIND SHIFT TO THE NORTH.
MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL LOWER TO THE 30S TO 40S
PERCENT TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, AS THE HIGH PRESSURE WILL
PREVAIL THROUGH MUCH OF THE WEEK.
