.DISCUSSION... A COOL THANKSGIVING DAY IS ON TAP WITH LOW CLOUDS
PERSISTING ESPECIALLY ACROSS MIDDLE TENNESSEE.  RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES WILL REMAIN HIGH THROUGH THE DAY AND WINDS WILL BE
LIGHT. TEMPERATURES BEGIN INCREASING ON FRIDAY AND THROUGH THE
WEEKEND AS SOUTHWESTERLY FLOW INCREASES.  WINDS ON SATURDAY AND
SUNDAY COULD INCREASE INTO THE 10-20 KT
RANGE...HOWEVER...INCREASING LOW LEVEL MOISTURE COULD SUPPORT
SOME DRIZZLE ESPECIALLY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.  THE PATTERN REMAINS
WET INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK.
