.DISCUSSION... A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS OVER OUR WESTERN AREAS
WITH A LARGE COMPLEX OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING DOWN I-20 THIS
MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON. THIS WILL LIKELY BRING ANOTHER
INCH...TWO OR THREE TO THE ALREADY HUGE AND RECORD BREAKING
MONTHLY RAINFALL TOTAL. ON THE MUCH BRIGHTER SIDE...A COLD FRONT
WILL DROP IN THIS AFTERNOON IN THE WAKE OF THIS ACTIVITY AND THE
UPPER LEVEL PATTERN WILL EASE UP...FINALLY BRINGING ABOUT A MORE
SEASONAL TREND OF WARMING AND JUST THE ISOLATED GARDEN VARIETY OF
AFTERNOON THUNDER WITH A GOOD CHANCE FOR MANY AREAS TO START TO
DRY OUT. LOW LYING AREAS AND INUNDATED AND WILL TAKE ANOTHER
MONTH TO BE MANAGED WITH OUR RIVERS RUNNING SO HIGH AND YET TO
CREST WITH ALL THE WATER COMING DOWN STREAM.
