SOUTHERLY WINDS TO DRAW IN WARMER AIR FOR THE WEEKEND. SKIES WILL
GENERALLY BE CLEAR TODAY AND TONIGHT WITH GUSTY WINDS ALONG AND
WEST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. HIGHS TODAY WILL RANGE FROM THE
UPPER 40S TO MID 50S. FOR SATURDAY AND SUNDAY...CLOUDS WILL BE ON
THE INCREASE STARTING TOMORROW...WITH A CHANCE FOR ISOLATED
SPRINKLES ACROSS THE WEST AND NORTH. BETTER CHANCES FOR
PRECIPITATION WILL OCCUR SUNDAY AND MONDAY AS AN ARCTIC COLD
FRONT PASSES THROUGH THE REGION. LIGHT RAIN MAY CHANGE OVER TO
FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE MONDAY AS TEMPERATURES QUICKLY
FALL BEHIND THE FRONT. GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS WILL ADD TO THE COLD
WITH WINDCHILLS IN THE TEENS AND 20S. DRIER AND WARMER WEATHER
WILL RETURN TO THE MIDSOUTH LATER NEXT WEEK.
