.DISCUSSION... A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL SWEEP THROUGH THE
MIDSOUTH FROM THE WEST THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.
WIDESPREAD SHOWERS WILL OCCUR ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE FRONT
BEGINNING THIS MORNING WITH ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE ALONG
AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40. WINDS WILL BE STRONG AND GUSTY FROM
THE SOUTHWEST AHEAD OF THE FRONT. RAIN WILL MOVE OUT OF THE
ENTIRE AREA BY EARLY EVENING AS THE FRONT MOVES TO THE EAST.
STRONG AND GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL PUSH MUCH COLDER AIR INTO
THE REGION TONIGHT. A FEW SNOW FLURRIES MAY OCCUR TONIGHT. DRY
AND VERY COLD WEATHER IS FORECAST MONDAY WITH SKIES BEGINNING TO
CLEAR BY AFTERNOON. THE NEXT CHANCE OF PRECIPITATION WILL BE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY AS LOW PRESSURE MOVES ALONG THE
NORTHERN GULF AND AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE REGION FROM
THE NORTH.
