MORNING WEST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER AND BECOME WIDESPREAD
ACROSS ALL OF THE MIDSOUTH DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS. RAIN WILL
CONTINUE AREA WIDE OVERNIGHT...AND BECOME CONFINED TO NORTH
MISSISSIPPI BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON.  AVERAGE RAINFALL TOTALS SHOULD
BE LESS THAN A THIRD OF AN INCH...ALTHOUGH LOCALIZED AREAS
IMPACTED BY THUNDERSTORMS WILL SEE MORE. TRANSPORT WINDS FROM THE
SOUTHWEST 10-20 MPH TOMORROW...NORTH TO NORTHWEST 10-20 MPH
TUESDAY.  WIDESPREAD FOG IS NOT ANTICIPATED.
